InteleNet collects and manages
an extensive set of statistics for each customer depending on the contracted
service. These statistics are available through online reports
via InteleNet’s customer portal, My Intelenet. As a result, our customers
have access to the latest information at their finger tips to
drastically improve their productivity and reduce time and cost
in maintaining their services.

Bandwidth Reports
InteleNet collects real-time bandwidth statistics on a per customer
basis and provides online reports via our customer portal, My Intelenet, for 95
percentile monthly bandwidth usage, historical data for trending
analysis, utilization, performance and real-time bandwidth usage.
Helpdesk Ticketing Reports
InteleNet manages helpdesk trouble tickets on a customer-by-customer
basis. Each customer can submit and track trouble tickets via our
customer portal. In addition, historical reports can be generated
and accessed via the same interface.
Monitored Items - Historical Trend Reports
InteleNet collects statistics on a customer-by-customer basis for
and any contracted monitored items. Online reports are available
via our customer portal for availability/uptime, alerts history
and trending, events logs, and various performance statistics.
Backup Activity and Utilization Reports
InteleNet collects statistics on a customer-by-customer basis for
contracted backup services. Online reports are available via our
customer portal for monthly backup usage, historical data for trending
analysis, backup utilization and other backup variables.
Managed Storage Utilization Reports
InteleNet collects statistics on a customer-by-customer basis for
contracted managed storage services. Online reports are available
via our customer portal for monthly storage usage, historical data
for trending analysis, and storage related statistics.
Website Reports
InteleNet provides website statistics on a customer-by-customer basis.
Reports include graphs of various website metrics such as number of hits per month,
number of unique visitors and geographic distribution of visitors for Apache, IIS or iPlanet.
