Network Interface & Port Monitoring
We conduct critical low level connectivity tests to confirm network
availability for every managed hosting and connectivity customer.
InteleNet's support staff is immediately notified of any loss
of basic network connectivity and can investigate to provide remediation
or move to notify our customers
Custom Escalation & Notification Methods
At InteleNet, we understand that the best monitoring is meaningless
unless remediation can take place immediately. This requires a

Once monitoring alerts have been confirmed, InteleNet will serve
as your escalation and notification resource, generating a trouble
ticket, notifying the correct customer personnel and relentlessly

of your applications and systems, including network services (SMTP,
