A SAS 70 Type II report was issued by an independent auditor, McGladrey & Pullen, a leading national Certified Public Accounting firm. This accomplishment marks InteleNet’s second consecutive year that it has satisfied the exacting requirements of such an audit.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Statement on Auditing Standards 70 (SAS 70) defines professional standards used by an auditor to assess the internal controls of a service provider such as InteleNet. A Type II report is the most rigorous category of audit and report under this standard. During this process, McGladrey & Pullen conducted a thorough audit of InteleNet’s processes, procedures and internal controls relating to its colocation services and managed services provided to its colocation customers, and the SAS 70 audit results validated the controls and procedures of InteleNet.

InteleNet’s Energy Investment Provides Added Peace of Mind to Customers
Irvine, CA – October 18, 2006 – Intelenet Communications , a leader in on-demand managed hosting services, today announced that it has successfully concluded a substantial upgrade of its electrical system at its Irvine data center location. This upgrade occurred in different phases over the course of approximately six months and included, among other things, the installation of additional redundant uninterruptible power systems and backup electric generation capacity of 2,000 kilowatts.
The objective of this upgrade is an increase in the total backup power available to support InteleNet’s Irvine Data Center business operations. This upgrade will result in the more than doubling of the power available to InteleNet’s power at that location and will ensure that InteleNet’s premier power system, built to N+1 redundancy designed to provide continuous, redundant, and protected power to its clients, will operate flawlessly for the foreseeable future.
