Carlos H. Oliveira, Ph.D., General Manager

Dr. Carlos H. Oliveira joined InteleNet in 2006. Prior to joining InteleNet, Dr. Oliveira worked at Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. for 10 years as the Senior Architect and Principal Engineer for the Networks Product Division. His investigation of internet performance over high-speed networks was used to create the first major internet provisioning service over CATV in Unites States. Dr. Oliveira’s work and research has been featured in various publications, journal papers and technical magazines.

Dr. Oliveira has served as Instructor at the Dept. of Information & Computer Science, UC Irvine. In addition, he instructs at the University Extension Program at UC Irvine.

Dr. Oliveira earned a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, a M.Sc. in Systems and Computing Engineering and a B.E. in Electronic Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – Brazil.

Bruce T. Bauer joined InteleNet in September 2006, as its Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Bauer is charged with managing InteleNet’s corporate strategy to identify business, sales and development opportunities and driving InteleNet’s ongoing initiatives.

Prior to joining InteleNet, Mr. Bauer practiced law with a focus on the representation of financial institutions both in transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Bauer practiced with Aldrich & Bonnefin, LLC., where he was a member of their Operations and Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bauer was a trial attorney and a featured speaker for the Firm’s Banker’s Compliance Group. He has also received an AV rating, the highest peer rating from Martingdale-Hubbell.

Mr. Bauer earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he externed with the Honorable Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge Alan Ahart. Mr. Bauer received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, and a minor in Asian Studies, from California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with departmental honors.

Bob Myers, Chief Technical Officer

Bob Myers joined InteleNet at its inception in 1994 as a co-founder. He has served in various capacities for the company and now serves as its Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Myers brings over 20 years experience to InteleNet in design and management of complex Internet application environments.

Prior to joining InteleNet, Mr. Myers worked at Unocal Corporation as a research scientist responsible for implementing and managing computing environments used in the exploration of oil and gas resources around the globe.

Mr. Myers holds a B.S. in Geophysics from California Institute of Technology.

Bill Rowcliffe, Director of Sales

Bill Rowcliffe has been leading InteleNet’s sales team since 2003. Mr. Rowcliffe brings 25 years of technology sales and customer care experience to InteleNet through positions held at Tivoli Systems, CaseWare, Atherton Technology, GE and Wang Laboratories. Most recently, he spent 9 years at a national Managed Services provider, SevenSpace, now owned by Sun Microsystems.

Mr. Rowcliffe holds a B.A. in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an A.A. in Computer Science from Long Beach City College.
