| Description: | InteleNet is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician with at least one year of experience in a Cisco setting. The NOC Technician is responsible for maintaining 100% uptime to all devices in the InteleNet infrastructure and network. This includes providing exceptional and highly responsive technical support to customers, including system and application setups and configurations, opening, escalating and tracking trouble tickets, and providing some backup for the physical security aspects of the data center. InteleNet is a service-oriented environment and all candidates must have the ability and willingness to provide excellent customer service. |

| Qualifications: | * Operating System Knowledge, including Unix, Windows, Linux * Knowledge of Cisco CLI and experience in a Cisco environment * Experience with routing, subnet masking, CIDR and data line and network troubleshooting * Firewall knowledge and experience with Cisco PIX firewalls * Application setup experience, including email and website * Knowledge of relevant protocols * Understanding of DNS * Ability to multi-task, effectively interface with customers and solve problems, and handle fast-paced and high pressure situations |
