The Infrastructure Specialist will be a part of the Infrastructure team in InteleNet’s state-of-the-art Irvine, California data center. Under the direction of the Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Specialist assists in the design, planning, installation, operation, provisioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of all data communications and physical infrastructure. The Infrastructure Specialist must deliver excellent customer service, being able to work closely with customers to understand their needs, to recommend solutions and to implement the solutions in a way that exceeds the customers’ expectations.

• Three to five years experience in IT operations;
• Knowledge of telecommunications copper and fiber technologies, including installation and troubleshooting;
• Experience with server hardware builds;
• Previous datacenter operations experience a strong plus.
