After several years of continued growth and success in the industry, in 2008 InteleNet was acquired by parent company Managed Data Holdings, a private equity firm aimed at operation of state-of-the-art Data Centers across Tier I and Tier II markets in the US. The influx of capital from this business transaction provided InteleNet with a launching pad to expand its footprint Nationwide.
